A Few Updates and More New Disney Squinkies! :D

Okay, note to self.  In the future, do NOT list a bunch of eBay items that are scheduled to end between two Blogoversaries!! :}  It has been one nutty week as a result!  I'd like to apologize to all of my giveaway winners.  Shipping eBay items took precedence this week, since it affects my eBay feedback.  I will get your prizes shipped out within the next week, I promise.  Sorry for the delay. :(

And speaking of giveaways, Tess and Maggie just posted one for their 2 Year Blogoversary.  You can check it out HERE. :)  Along with entering another giveaway with some fun prizes, you also have the rare opportunity to see Maggie in a dress. ;)

Also, Lauryce and my other auctions will most likely not be listed until sometime next week, or possibly even the week after.  Right now, I need to focus on a few other things, like an upcoming wedding I'm singing in and the beginning of a new school year.  I'll be sure to keep you posted, though. :)

As you might have guessed from the title, there are more Disney Squinkies that have been released.  I didn't even know about these until I saw them in a ToysRUs on a trip out of town last week.  And then I pretty much started hyperventilating over how cute they were. ;)  When I got home, I looked up the Squinkies main website to see what else I'd missed.  All of these pictures are from the girls' portion of that website, which you can see HERE.

For those of you who just want to see the Disney releases, here they are!

First off, yay for another Belle release! :D  This set has 2 Belles, the Beast, Lumiere, Mrs. Potts, Babette, Wardrobe, the fountain from Belle's village, and the grand staircase where Belle and the Beast make their appearance at the beginning of the title song.  This set was $9.99 and will definitely be joining my collection eventually. :)

And speaking of sets that will be joining my collection, here's another one.  Do you remember the "Tangled" Squinkies bracelet set I gave away a couple of giveaways ago?  I haven't seen them anywhere since! :(  So imagine how excited I was to see this amazing "Tangled" Squinkies set!! :D  It includes 2 Rapunzels, Flynn, a really ginormous Pascal, a Pub Thug, Mother Gothel (which did NOT thrill my youngest daughter!), the boat they were in when they saw the floating lanterns, a chair, and Rapunzel's bed.  The only thing that would make it better is the addition of Maximus, but he can be found in the "Tangled" bracelet set...if it can ever be found. ;)  I am super excited about this set (which also retailed for $9.99) and will definitely be getting it at some point.

And here's some exciting news for Aurora fans.  This is the first release of Squinkies from "Sleeping Beauty"!  This set, also $9.99, includes Aurora, Prince Phillip, the three Fairies, Maleficent as herself and as a dragon, the spinning wheel, Aurora's bed, and what looks like a "wood" floor...or maybe it's a drawbridge or something?  Isn't that where Prince Phillip first met Maleficent as a dragon?  It's been too long since I've seen that part (in our house, we watch "Sleeping Beauty" sans scary Maleficent parts). ;)  One of my college buddies would love these!  Miss you lots, C!

And here are some other sets that I didn't see at the store.  This tiara holds 22 Squinkies and 7 bubbles.  According to the website, it includes one "exclusive Cinderella figure with TONS of glitter". ;)  The other Squinkies are sold separately.
I didn't see this set at ToysRUs, but it was at my local Target a few days later.  It's a super cute cake that opens to reveal a doll house.  It includes all 4 of the Squinkies in the picture.  I think it was around $25, but I may be wrong on that.  It was one of the more expensive sets, though.

And here are some other sets that I have yet to see.  This set includes each of the princesses' castles and an exclusive Belle figure.

And here are the princesses' horses with an exclusive Ariel figure.  It includes horses for Belle, Rapunzel, Ariel, Cinderella, Aurora, Snow White, and Jasmine.  [Side note here:  while doing research to see which horses were included, I came across this super cool Squinkies "Ultimate Princess Collection", which isn't even on the website yet!  It has ALL of the Disney Princesses, including Mulan, Pocahontas, and Tiana, who have not been made before.  You can see it HERE.  I found one on eBay as well.  Then, after this post was published, one of my followers bought the set and sent me pics to share with everyone.  You can see them HERE.]

Now we come to the Princess Scepter collections.  The scepters come with the figures shown, and each one apparently holds 6 bubbles and "over 7 Squinkies" (although I'm not sure what that means exactly...wouldn't "over 7" be...8?).  The sets include Ariel...

...Belle...

...Cinderella...

...and Jasmine.

These next sets aren't princess related, but they do have some fun, previously unreleased Disney characters.  They're called the "Pets 'N Pals Bubble Packs", and feature some memorable Disney characters.  Series 1 features some of Disney/Pixar's characters, including Flick and Atta from "A Bug's Life", Squirt and Nemo from "Finding Nemo", and Dug and Kevin from "Up", plus a fun accessory for each.  Charlie is very interested in this set (and then I could get rid of her huge plush Dug that takes up too much space!). ;)

Series 2 has characters from "The Jungle Book" (Baloo and Kaa), "The Lion King" (Simba and Pumbaa), and "Bambi" (Bambi and Thumper).  Once again, there is an accessory for each, although they don't necessarily appear to be from the movies.

And Series 3 is really fun, with characters from "The Aristocats", (Marie and Toulouse), "101 Dalmations" (Patches and...um...your guess is as good as mine) ;) and "Lady and the Tramp" (with its title characters).  "Lady and the Tramp" and "The Aristocats" are both movies my daughters really enjoy, so it was fun to see these cute little characters for them.  I love how the accessories include a dog dish set with water and spaghetti and meatballs. ;)

Anyway, I wanted to get the word out about these in case any of you were interested.  So far, I've seen at least some of the sets in ToysRUs, Target, and Walmart.  Will you be adding any of these to your collections?  Which ones are your favorites?

Don't worry about the giveaway. I am in no hurry. Send it out whenever you have time. It's not like we spend any money for it. :) And the squinkies are so cute!!! I love the little boat for Flynn and Rapunzel! Thanks for sharing! ~Samantha

Thanks for understanding, Sammy. :) I'm glad there's another fan of the Rapunzel set out there, too. ;)

As a complete Tangle fanatic (my friends will back me up on this one... I take fanatic to an extreme level. I've seen it 13 or so times and even memorized most of the movie. I quote it as i watch it so lets just say it's a nightmare to watch Tangled with me,) I'm suuuuuuuuuuper happy to see the tangled set! I love pretty much all things Tangled related so this is awesome!

Glad you enjoyed them, gals. :) I'm happy to share info with other "fanatics". ;)

And speaking of which, S, I'm not far behind you on Tangled. Of course, in my house, I have to watch it without the intense Mother Gothel parts when the kids are up. Sometimes I watch it after they're in bed, just so I can see the whole thing. ;)

Haha, ya, my friends won't watch it with me anymore. I sing the songs... If people don't believe me, my friends are like "Go!" so I'll be like "this is the story of how I die..." and then the person who didn't believe me is always like "okay ya, that's a little weird."

But that's just who I am!

Do you know where they would sell the ultimate Disney princess set... It has all 10 princesses I have seen it on amazon and eBay but was hoping to get it in person from a store

Lol...my best friend and I used to have all of "Aladdin" memorized by heart like that. We could literally quote the entire thing together. ;) I'm not quite that good with Tangled...yet. ;)

Diana, I'd love to find out where to purchase these for myself. So far, I haven't seen them anywhere besides eBay and Amazon either. I'd keep my eye out for them, though. They must be pretty new since they're not even on the Squinkies website yet, so I'm sure they'll turn up in stores eventually. :)
