Thrift Store Haul

Okay, I shared my after Christmas sale haul...now I want to share my Thrift Store finds. :)

I found this great doll-sized cooking pan at Salvation Army.

I think originally it may have been a measuring cup of sorts.

I've been needing some new doll-sized picture frames, and thankfully they had several there.

I got all of these for just $1.75. :)

I also found this cute mini photo album for 50 cents.

It has open sleeves on the pages so you can just slide the photos in.

And finally, my favorite find of the day:  this adorable doll-sized shelf!  It was 25% off, so it only cost me about $6.  It was in excellent shape, too, and was very well made.

The drawers are a little bit big scale-wise, so I decided to use them to store doll items in one of my dressers and just use the shelf like this.  I already have it set up in Emma, Hayden, Charlie's room and it looks ADORABLE!!  I hope to have a post up with my newly rearranged doll rooms early next week. :)

  2. I love it all, especially the little shelf! I'm sad to say that I don't frequently go to thrift stores...maybe that's because I can't think of any that are around! ;) I am pretty sure my mom knows where some are, though - time to start thrift-store shopping! :)

  3. Thanks, gals. I'm sorry you don't have any thrift stores around, TracAn. :(

    I love shopping at thrift stores because you can find a lot of great stuff for a fraction of the price. My mom and I have even been fortunate enough to find American Girl stuff there every once in a while! Our best squee was the Lindsey doll we found for $4!!!

  7. Thanks Jen. :) I was really excited about that shelf! It was the perfect size, not to mention the perfect price! :) There's nothing quite like "thrift-store treasure hunting", although it can be a bit addicting! :}

  9. I agree, Betty. There's nothing like finding something special that someone else overlooked or tossed aside. :)
