And the Winner is....

It's that time!!  Time to announce the winner of my Blogoversary Giveaway.  Thank you so much to everyone who entered.  :)  It was so much fun seeing all of the different countries represented in the entries (which, counting multiple entries, came to 248!).  Aside from the USA, there were entries from Ireland, Hungary, the Philippines, Ukraine, Canada, Indonesia, Italy, Moldova, Israel, South Africa, Romania, Argentina, Finland, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.  It still amazes me that this little blog reaches so far!!

But, I'm sure you guys are more interested in who won, right? ;)

After entering all the names in the computer...

...printing them out and checking over the list for mistakes...

...cutting them apart...

...and putting them in a bowl, I held the bowl above Oldest Gal's head and had her pick one slip of paper.

 Here's what she pulled out:
Congratulations, "C"...you're the winner!! :D

I'll be sending C an email shortly.  C will have one week to email me back with a mailing address.  While I'm waiting, I will keep the bowl of names handy.  If I don't hear from C by next Saturday (August 9th), I will pick another winner.  I'll also let you know on this post if I do hear from C within the deadline.

I'm sorry to those of you who didn't win.  I honestly wish I had enough prizes and funds to give something to everyone.  There will be more giveaways here on the blog, though, and I will definitely continue to offer my giveaways internationally at this point, especially since I'm fairly certain that C is in the USA.  So don't give up hope!!

Thank you to everyone who participated.  I'll be back at the beginning of next week with more posts for you. :)

UPDATE:  I've just heard back from our winner, so these results are official.  Thanks again, everyone!

  2. I'm so impressed that you did the draw the old fashioned way! I always imagine everyone is doing it virtually these days, so it was fun to see photos of the process! :)

    And congratulations to C!

  3. Thanks! :) I'm into doing things as simply as possible. Plus, I'm not technologically advanced enough to do the draw virtually. Not yet, anyway. ;)

Glad you enjoyed it. I try to include pictures so everyone knows I followed proper procedure. ;)
