New Madame Alexander "My Life As" Dolls Spotted at Walmart

Hi everyone!  Hope you're having a great week. :)  I'm working on my Pullip review post and hope to have it up by later today or tomorrow at the latest.  In the meantime, here's something to tide you over.

I was at my local Walmart yesterday and saw a new Madame Alexander "My Life As" doll.  She's a blonde-haired, blue-eyed cutie with full swim gear.  She is the "Beach Vacationer".

(Sorry about the low quality of the photo...I haven't ventured into the world of spiffy smart phones yet.) ;)

I also noticed several new dolls on the back of her box.  "School Girl", "Nature Girl", and both versions of "Gymnast" have been replaced by a girl in some sort of uniform (perhaps soccer?), two different versions of "Beach Vacationer", and two versions of a girl in a pretty pink dress.  I'm excited to see these other new dolls in person. :)

And while I'm on the subject of "My Life As" dolls, they are up on Walmart.com's site.  You can see everything HERE.  The newbies aren't there yet, but I'm just excited to see the line there at all.  Most of the time, the Madame Alexander lines tied into a store are very difficult to find online.

If you'd like to see my earlier reviews of the "My Life" dolls, click HERE for a doll review and HERE for an accessory review. :)

More coming soon!

  1. The Beach Vacationer is so cute and I love the one in the pink dress. I had been wanting to buy the Nature girl but my Walmart only ever has the gymnast.

  2. Hi!!!:) The other day I went to Walmart hoping to get Gabby (African american gymnast) and they didn't have her :( The only "older" dolls were the ballerina and school girl. I saw all of the new ones though! I instead got the brunette in the pink dress. She's a "party planner" and I named her Willow :)

Madison, thanks for the info on the brunette in the pink dress (I think she's my favorite out of the new dolls). :)

  9. Do you happen to know the email or Contact Info For My Life As? I bought my daughter the Ballerina Doll, and every time she brushes her hair, CLUMPS of it falls out. The doll is almost bald! Please let me know asap. jessylittlej@yahoo.com jessylittle@gmail.com
