Mount Hermon, Here We Come!

Hey everyone! My grand plans to post again before I left didn't happen, but I managed to get everything packed and get on the road at a reasonable time today. ;)

My friend Sarah and I drove down to Santa Cruz today and will head to Mount Hermon first thing in the morning.

I'm looking forward to five days of fellowship, growth as a writer, and great food.  Can't wait to share it all with you when I get back! :)

That's about it for now. (Typing a post on a cell phone is not the easiest thing in the world. ) ;) I'll talk to you all next week and share all about my adventures. :)

This may sound weird, (and totally off topic,) but what shows do your girls watch? I'm not sure as to what I should be watching, I don't want my kids to watch what I watch and be what I watch not clean (phew! What a tongue twister!)But anyway, tell me the show and channel. THX!

Hi Anonymous, thanks for stopping by. :)

To be honest, we really don't watch much in the way of TV shows. The girls basically watch My Little Pony on Netflix. Every once in a while we'll watch Chopped or Cutthroat Kitchen (which unfortunately has more swearing than I care for).

I watch Agent Carter and Agents of Shield, which I feel I can't fully recommend because of the violence (although I really enjoy the characters and stories).

We usually focus on movies instead of TV programs, just because there aren't that many I'm interested in. I also get bogged down if I follow too many TV shows at once. ;)

Thanks so much, Carrickters! :D

Aww, thanks, NovaBabe! I've been plugging along at the gym and trying to be better with my eating. It's a long, slow journey, but I'm trying to "just keep swimming," as Dory would say. ;)
