Happy Sunday :)

Hey everyone, just wanted to throw out a quick hello before a crazy day.  After church, we're having Middle Gal's family party, so I won't be posting my Kristoff review until tomorrow at the earliest.  Middle Gal chose Frozen for her theme, so Mom and Mimi made an adorable Frozen-themed cake for her. :)  I'll be sure to share pics with all of you. :)

I also just wanted to mention that the 2014 New York Toy Fair has officially opened today.  I'm there in spirit. ;)  Someday, I would love to go, especially since as a blogger I can get in for free. :D  Sadly, the airfare, hotel, and food is NOT free, and it's a long way from Northern California to New York. ;)

I'll be keeping an eye out for info and pictures on the new items shown at the Toy Fair.  I'm especially interested in seeing new releases for My Little Pony, Strawberry Shortcake (which will now be done by Bridge Direct instead of Hasbro), Hearts For Hearts Girls, the Zelfs, Ever After High, and Starpath Dolls (a new doll line).

I know that the Cedar Wood doll is supposed to be revealed for the Ever After High line.  I've also seen several pictures and videos for the My Little Pony releases.  Sadly, most of them are focused on the new Equestria Girls "Rainbow Rocks" line.  While I don't have a problem with Equestria Girls like many fans, I'm not into rock and roll, and I really don't care for the "punk" look they're giving a lot of the dolls. :(  You can see a video of the new items by Stitch Kingdom HERE and some great photos from Flickr user "insidethemagic", starting HERE (there are photos of lots of the other Toy Fair items in this photostream, too).

I know there are a ton of new releases for the Zelf line.  Many of them have popped up on Facebook and Flickr already.  And actually, right after typing that line, I checked the Zelf website and saw that all of the new releases (or at least most of them) are up on the site.  You can see the new medium Zelfs HERE, but be sure to check out the other sizes, too. :)  My contact from Moose Toys has told me that she's willing to send me some stock photos that I can share here when they're ready (most likely after the Toy Fair is over).  The new Zelfs are supposed to be released in the US sometime in March.

I guess that's about it for now.  Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday.  I'll be in touch soon! :)

I get your feeling about the toy fair,
It's so close yet so far right?
we also have toy conventions here,
and I've heard there were disney store dolls last year(2013).sadly It's like cities away from us.

I am excited about the Disney Animator doll reviews!

btw. I got my first ever belle doll,I found her on a stall inside the amusement park.the stall was actually a store, most of the dolls there were bootlegs but I saw the belle doll and I knew it was an original doll, she was from simba and boy was she detailed! she even has fabric undies!

P.S. have you heard the deleted "frozen" songs? they actually sound like theyre have movies that have different stories, but one of them kinda explains the reason why elsa has powers

I hear you about the Toy Fair! I'd love to be there someday, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't let a minor in without her parents ;) Pretty sure my parents wouldn't want to spend a week in New York so that I could got to the Toy Fair.
Happy birthday to Middle Gal! Speaking of Frozen, have you seen From Echo With Love's shop/blog? One of her products are fax leather jackets with hand-painted designs one them, so are really pretty! There's one for Frozen, which is why I brought it up :)

Exactly, Ampy. :) Someday I'll make it...I hope. ;)

I'm excited to share the reviews with all of you. The Frozen DAC and Toddler Dolls are just adorable. :)

Congrats on your Belle doll! She sounds great. :)

Yes, I have heard the deleted Frozen songs. It's been a while since I've listened to them, but I did really enjoy them. As a writer myself, it's always interesting seeing the original direction a story was taking before the writers decided to change it. :)

Thanks, Gracie! We had a great time. :)

Hi Juliet! I'm not sure what the age limit is on the Toy Fair, but you're probably right. And I wouldn't even be comfortable going by myself to New York, so I can understand your parents' concern. ;)

Thanks, I'll give Middle Gal your birthday wishes.

I haven't heard of From Echo With Love...I'm going to have to check her items out now, though! ;)
