As promised, though later than I originally intended, today we'll take a look at my goodies from my recent trip. :)
By the way, sorry I got so behind on responding to comments! I will get back to those of you who commented on my last post sometime today. Oldest Gal had four soccer games this week (Monday through Thursday), so as you can imagine, things have been a little nuts around here recently. ;)
Here's a group shot of everything I got. :)
We'll take a look at mini Maryellen first. :)
Jenna was so excited to open her. :)
Maryellen's sweet little face. :)
Almost free of the box...
Love at first sight. ;)

Jenna checking out Maryellen's book.
Mini Maryellen is just stunning. I love the AG mini dolls, and it was so fun to be able to bring something from Maryellen's collection home with me that didn't cost too much or take up too much space. :)
She has the most adorable little face. :)
Her ponytail was in a loose rubber band to help it keep its shape.
Here it is free from the band. I love the flip of her hair. :)
Maryellen's dress and shrug.
A closer look at the ribbon detail on her bodice.
Her cute little shoes from the front...
...and the side.
The ladies in my doll club mentioned that for accuracy, Maryellen should have socks with these shoes. I'm guessing American Girl decided to opt for a slightly less accurate option on both mini and regular Maryellen to keep all the moms out there happy. Getting doll shoes on over socks is never as easy as just slipping the shoes on over the feet. At least white doll socks are easy to come by. For the regular-sized dolls, anyway. ;)
Maryellen from the sides and back:
Her little shrug is removable, revealing ribbon straps on her dress. It does seem like the skirt of this dress works a little better on the large version of the doll. The extra seam at the top of the skirt doesn't look quite like the big doll's.
Her hair is a strawberry blonde color, and she has a cute little ribbon accent in her ponytail.
Like all the other mini dolls, Maryellen comes with a mini, condensed version of her book.
A look at one of the pages inside.
The back of the book.
I love how the mini books look just like the regular ones. These are so much fun to use for doll props or for dolly photo shoots. :)
Mini Maryellen was $25.00 at the AG Place. I'm so happy I got her. Now that I'm running out of room for big dolls, the minis are a fun option for me. And, of course, it's even more fun that they work perfectly as dolls for my bigger dolls. ;)
At the AG Place, I also purchased this new hat and pair of pants for my dolls.
The Tweed Driver's Cap is one of the new items at AG. I've always loved this style of cap and thought the dolls would enjoy it, too. :)
It looks so cute on Jenna...
...especially from the side. :)
The back of the cap.
I also purchased these pants. I couldn't find them on the AG website, but they go along with all of the themed clothing from the AG Place. I believe they were around $12.00.
I love the detail of the stitching and the cute little red AG star in one pocket.
The backs of the pants.
Both pieces are really cute and will give me some great mix and match options for future outfits. :)
I used my $10 Build-A-Bear gift card to purchase this Frozen bedding set. My mom purchased this for her dolls during one of our past birthday trips, so I knew it would work for them.
The set comes with a pillow...
...and blanket.
At the Disney Store, I finally got my special Singing Rapunzel doll! :D I've had my eye on her for a while but couldn't justify the $30 price tag. However, since I had some Disney Dream Rewards Dollars and some early birthday money from my mom, I decided to splurge. :)
Box details:
I love the Pascal in this set! :D
The ends of the box are so pretty. I love the detail that looks like book binding here. It kind of reminds me of the Ever After High line.
The other end of the box looks like the pages of a book, again bringing EAH to mind.
The box opens with Velcro, but there are sticky tabs holding it shut. Since I'm not planning on deboxing Rapunzel, I didn't open her any further.
Finally, I bought this adorable little Zarya doll from the new OG Lori line of mini dolls at Target.
I loved her unique coloring.
Plus, the high neck of her shirt hides the odd-looking neck seam that all of these dolls have.
I'm trying to figure out how I would pronounce her name correctly. Any ideas?
Box details:
I did open Zarya, but I haven't had a chance to take any deboxed pics of her. I'll try to get those up later! :)
When I got home from my trip, I had a surprise package waiting from my dear online friend, Sunny_Harper1994. :) Thanks so much, Sunny! :D
She found me these really fun Beauty and the Beast themed makeup products and thought I would enjoy them. :) She mentioned that she especially liked the lip gloss (on the right) because she thought it would remind me of the enchanted rose ring box Hubby made me for my engagement ring. :) (You can read more about that HERE.)
The inside of the Belle Beauty Book has all sorts of fun makeup shades.
I love the names they chose for each one:
The one side even has a mirror with the quote: "For beauty is found within."
That part unfolds to reveal two different makeup looks, called "Inventor's Daughter" and "Princess Belle."
The back of the Beauty Book.
It was so sweet of Sunny_Harper1994 to send this to me. It really brightened my day to have a package to open. :) I probably won't use the makeup, because I love having it displayed with the rest of my Beauty and the Beast collection! :)
The day after we got home, I noticed that the large Design Your Zelf was on sale on the Toys R Us website for just $7.99. I've had my eye on this cutie for a long time, but didn't want to pay the full $19.99 for her. At that sale price, though, I couldn't pass her up. :)
Such a cute face. :)
Back of the box.
She comes with stickers and markers you can use to customize her. I've already decided I won't use the stickers. They usually don't stick well and end up leaving a residue behind. I haven't decided if I'll color her or not, but once I open her and figure out what I'm doing, I'll try to share a few more pics. :)
For those of you who are interested, she is still on sale on the website HERE. Toys R Us is also currently offering free shipping on purchases over $19 instead of their usual $49 or more, so that might tempt some of you. ;)
Then, last Friday, Hubby let me buy myself Cinderella on Blu-ray and DVD for my early birthday present from him. :) The girls and I have watched it several times already. (I haven't convinced Hubby to watch it quite yet.) ;) I love this movie so much and can't WAIT for the live action version of Beauty and the Beast in 2017! :D
Well, I've got to wrap things up. If I don't hurry, I'll be late picking up the girls from school. Hope you enjoyed this look at some of my goodies. Talk to you guys again soon!
