Okay, after spending waaaayyyy too many hours of my life on these blog buttons, they are still not working properly. So here's what you can do. Copy your favorite picture below and save it to your computer. Then go to your Design page on Blogger, click on "Add a Gadget", and choose "Picture". There will be an option to add a link to the picture. You can add this direct link to my Disney Tag post:

Add the picture and you should be good! I'm sorry I have to do things this way, but it was just getting ridiculous. Plus, my children really don't need to witness me having a mental breakdown. ;)
Hope this works for you. If you have any questions or problems, just comment below and I'll see if I can help you. :)
Have fun and spread the word! :D

I love these! I think my favorite is the one of Flynn, Rapunzel, and Pascal. :)
Thanks, Claire. I had a lot of fun making the button pictures...but by the end of the whole thing the fun was all gone! ;)
I'm totally doing the Flynn one! Haha!
what is a blog button?
Well, REAL blog buttons are pictures you can click that link you to a specific blog or blog post. If you look at the top of the right sidebar on my blog, underneath where it says "grab my blog buttons", you'll see my correctly functioning ones. :}
Blog buttons are a great way to advertise your blog, because other bloggers can add them to their own blogs, and then their readers can go directly to your blog from their's (I hope that wasn't too confusing!). :}
I have no problem getting them to work in a blog sidebar...I just can't seem to get them to do what they're supposed to in a post!
Here's the web url for a tutorial I've found to be very helpful on making blog buttons. It works great if you just want to put a blog button in your sidebar. In a post...not so much. Anyway, here it is: http://thelittlehenhouse.com/2011/01/31/how-to-make-a-blog-button-with-a-grab-box-a-tutorial/
Note: If you follow this tutorial, you'll have to go in and change all of the quotation marks to get it to work. The quotation marks in her sample code are "smart quotes" that go different directions, and as a result don't work as part of an HTML code.
I hope this answered your question! :)
Oh thank you sorry i didnt leave a comment like i normally do i was kind of in a rush. Anyways that was very helpful thanks for explaining it to me.

I do have loads of fun. It's nice being a mommy of 3 girls, too, so we can have fun together.
